Paul Grey Mills, II, founded Mills & Levine, P.A. in 1998. Grey concentrates in personal injury, insurance, and real estate law. He is the Representative-Elect of the North Carolina House of Representatives, District 95, and the former Republican Party County Chairman (2003 -2007). Grey is a former high school teacher and also served as an assistant district attorney.
He is married and has three children, Alexandria, Grey III, and Grant.
